We take great care to ensure that all goods leave us in excellent condition. Many of our products are both heavy and fragile and must be handled carefully until they have been installed.
If any item is found to be defective or damaged before delivery, we will repair or replace it. This is in addition to your manufacturer’s guarantee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for goods that become damaged after delivery and therefore cannot accept their return on this basis.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods. When contacting us, please quote your invoice number and the date the goods were received.
To be eligible for a return:
- The goods must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging.
- The goods must be in a clean, resaleable condition.
- You must allow us to inspect the goods before they are signed back into our possession.
- Failure to meet these conditions may result in your return being refused.
Unless otherwise agreed, all returned items must be brought back to our Washington showroom. The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly.
Please inspect all goods upon delivery and report any shortages, defects or visible damage within 48 hours of receipt. No product should be installed if you believe it to be damaged or defective. Installation of any product will be deemed as acceptance of the goods and confirmation that they were received in satisfactory condition.
Please note that all spare parts, made-to-measure products, bespoke items and special-order products are non-returnable, as they have been specially ordered, manufactured or cut to your specific requirements.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. 1
